Excellent buying experience! I visited the shop looking for an e-bike and was greeted by Nick, who was extremely helpful in walking me through the different models. He encouraged me to test ride several bikes so I could find the perfect fit for my needs. Later that afternoon, after doing more research, I returned to the shop and found the exact bike I had been hoping for already rolled out on the floor waiting for me. The entire process was easy, friendly, and stress-free. Highly recommend! I will have years of enjoyment on my new Velotric Discovery 3 EBike

If I didn't use Google Maps I wouldn't know where the entrance is. But it was nicely labeled. When I walked in an associate greeted me, and helped me pick out a helmet. Overall a great experience! I give All About Bikes...5 oranges out of 5! 🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊...🍊 And an extra orange cause I liked the atmosphere.

Fast, friendly and fair. Took a bike in for repair, and they solved it on the spot. They also did a great job of answering questions I had concerning youth bikes for my daughter. Parking access in rear is pretty awesome as well.

I dropped by to look at their bike selection and learned that they also sell used bikes that they fix up and sell for a great price. I now have a lovely Schwinn, and also got my helmet and lock from them. I’m happy with the service they provided!

I cannot recommend All About Bikes highly enough. David worked on my 3T, which is a relatively obscure bike, and he absolutely nailed it. I had long-standing drivetrain and shifting problems that I have been struggling with for years, despite prior attempts elsewhere. David immediately understood the platform, diagnosed the issues correctly, and fixed everything with precision.
The bike now shifts cleanly and flawlessly across the entire range, and it honestly feels better than it ever has. This was not a quick or superficial adjustment—this was expert-level mechanical knowledge applied thoughtfully to a non-standard setup.
Huge shout-out to All About Bikes and especially to David. If you have a high-end, unusual, or finicky bike and want it done right the first time, this is the shop.
